This will be my Phil Spencer interview reaction given how upset some people are about this video. In a video titled "Exclusive: Phil Spencer Talks Call of Duty, Activision Blizzard & Xbox" he sits down with Xbox On to answer some questions.  Obviously the Xbox Activision deal is on everyone's radar and this interview speaks to some of those issues. Some are saying that with Starfield exclusive to Xbox much of what Phil says is misleading. The Activision Blizzard Microsoft deal is one that will likely impact the entire gaming industry.  Many think that the Microsoft Activision deal is all but finished, but the regulators have certainly not indicated that.
