Experienced Change Director Phil Welsh talks to us from sunny Bahrain where he is transitioning to a new opportunity in healthcare transformation in the region. Here he talks to us about his previous role at Children's Health Ireland where he was Director of Strategic HR, Organisational Development and Change Management reporting into the Group CEO. He managed the Change Programme integrating 3 children's hospitals across the Dublin area into the new large Children's Health Ireland.
