Alex has had maybe the coolest assortment of jobs I’ve ever heard of...he started as a lawyer trained at Notre Dame, then when 9-11 happened, he decided to drop everything and join the US Navy as a Pilot and an Officer. He eventually went to the Raptors and started their analytics division, and is currently the Executive VP of Basketball Operations for the Philadelphia 76ers and is the GM, Elton Brand’s right-hand man. Alex discusses his approach to making better decisions and gives you actionable ways to improve your decision making process as well.
