It’s Wednesday, January 2nd. Philadelphia’s suburbs are seeing a trend in turning old and vacant pharmaceutical company buildings into newer, modern work spaces. One company called United States Seating Corporation moved into a former pharma plant in Exton. It’s looking to hire 200 new employees, with wages starting at $14 an hour. The company builds seats for SEPTA and Amtrak cars.
