It’s Thursday, November 8th. Attorney General Jeff Sessions resigned yesterday. And now the future of deputy attorney general and Philly native Rod Rosenstein is unclear. President Trump passed over Rosenstein, and named Sessions’s chief of staff Matthew Whitaker acting AG. Rosenstein was overseeing Robert Mueller's investigation into Russian meddling during the 2016 election. But Whitaker will now take the lead.
