Good morning. It’s Monday, February 18th. Like many of us, Mayor Jim Kenney deletes text messages to clear space on his phone. But it turns out that might violate Pennsylvania laws. Any communication related to city business is subject to the state’s Right-to-Know Law. Kenney prefers to use his personal phone over a city issued one. But his spokesperson said he didn’t know he needed to keep texts.
