Good morning. It's Monday, February 25th. The Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency or PHEAA (fee-ah), which includes FedLoan, services about 7-and-a-half million federal student borrowers. But it’s facing investigations from state attorneys general, and many complaints and lawsuits from customers who think the organization has cost them financially. Now, its profits have plummeted by 90 percent over the last four years.
