Good morning. It’s Monday, March 11th. Experts say the New Jersey’s voting machines are leaving elections open to attacks. The state’s machines store votes electronically. So there is no paper trail to back up votes in the event of a hack. And there isn’t enough funding available for a statewide plan to buy new machines, according to the head of New Jersey’s Division of Elections.
