In response to the opioid crisis that has gripped Philadelphia, the city and nonprofit groups have started free training classes to teach people how to use the opioid-reversal drug naloxone (NAL-ox-own). Classes on how to administer the drug are held at hospitals, libraries and several locations across the city.
