Good morning. It’s Monday, March 4th. Plans for a train line to King of Prussia (PRUSH-AH) are full steam ahead. But a major part of the project is still up in the air. Planners aren’t sure how to pay for it. The line’s expected to cost about 1.2 billion dollars. Even a federal grant will likely only cover half of that. Paying for the rest may be complicated. State officials say their ability to contribute will be limited.
