Good morning. It’s Tuesday, March 5th. So much for a snow day. Weekend forecasts called for six-to-eight inches of snow to fall in and around Philadelphia. And it was supposed to come fast. The National Weather Service predicted nearly an inch-per-hour. Overall, the storm dusted the city with just an inch of snow through Monday, though some spots north and west of the city had close to seven inches.
