As a culture, we have made our “mattering” (a sense that we matter as human beings) conditional. We have put requirements on something that is innate and not bound by conditions. Philip Shepherd joins CEC for the second time to talk about how we have disconnected from our innate mattering, which is expressed most clearly in how we live in our heads. Getting back into our bodies is required if we are going to reclaim our inherent connection to life.
