We are whole people. Human. Body. Mind. Soul. Strength. All that we are and every moment of our lives, are opportunities to embrace and mirror Jesus; to live as beloved and to love our neighbors as ourselves. We are created to flourish in connection to our Creator and in relationship to others but we so often live lives of restless production and consumption instead. Take a deep breath & Exhale. This contemplative prayer podcast is an exercise in intentionality and nourishment; a moment to pray, meditate, and be reminded that in God’s economy of love, there is already enough.
