• Real transformation is not about moralistic "lifestyle modification" or polishing a dead heart, but is the result of the Holy Spirit providing a new heart of flesh.

• The mark of a child of God is an active, sincere obedience that shines as a light by rejecting the grumbling and disputing characteristic of a crooked generation.

• Holding fast to the Word of Life means a joyful submission, where we gladly trade our own kingdom for the sacrificial joy of being poured out for the glory of Christ.
