Philippians 4:4-13 (NIV)
"And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Phil 4:7
We need that right now more than most times! Sit back and connect with Jesus through the Word!
----------Reflect----------
1 - Paul instructs his friends to "Rejoice in the LORD always." Take a moment to express your delight in God.
2 - Where are you currently experiencing anxiety? What petitions might you present to the Lord?
3 - Write down or bring to mind the things that you can name that are true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent or praiseworthy. Taking Paul's advice, keep these things before you in the coming days.
4 - Finally, when can you remember a time when the Lord gave you the strength you needed? Pause and ask Him to give you the strength you need for today.
