In Philippians 1:27-30, Paul is discussing with the church in Philippi, the Biblical lesson of Christian living. 

Paul has been imprisoned for preaching the Gospel, he’s reaching people for the gospel in prison as well as ceasars palace guards, Paul may be facing death soon and his words to the church in Philippi is how vital it is that they live for Christ, no matter what.
