Let's be real.  We know people by their words and by their actions -what they do and say.  But we don't know their motives or if they are sincere.  God gives believers two kinds of fruit talked about in scripture.  The fruit of the Spirit and the fruit of righteousness.  One is that inner self that helps our thoughts and emotions.  The other is what we do or say.   If you lack peace today, you need to watch this message!
