Joy is often held in balance with control, and when control is lost so is our joy.  Power plays a critical role in the level of joy we experience, but the key to maintaining that balance may surprise you.  Real joy can be found in how we relate to power. Our strong demand for power is the one thing that keeps us cycling in and out of joy. When we let loose of this demand we can find lasting joy.
