The Philadelphia Phillies suffered their worst loss of the season Friday night versus the Miami Marlins. Manager Gabe Kapler "wouldn't rank" the loss himself, however, the Phillies once led that game 7-0 and 9-7 before ultimately losing 19-11. After sweeping the Boston Red Sox in an abbreviated two-game series the Phillies needed a sweep of the lowly Marlins before heading home for six straight home games. The Phillies have reached the part of the season where just winning series isn't enough, they need to go streaking.
