Phillip Carter was in born Illinois. He graduated from Champaign Central HS and attended Parkland College. At Parkland College he served as President of the Student Government and as engaged with the Board of Trustees and various boards and committees. Mr. Carter served 6 years honorably in the U.S Air Force. He then served in civilian law enforcement before moving on to movie theater management. Phillip worked as a district manager over seeing theaters in four states. He also worked for hisfamily business, becoming a Large General Contractor. Philip Carter has lived in Florida for 15 years working as a construction project and operations.
He's running for the Florida House to be a voice of sanity for the everyday Americans who are sick and tired of politics and division.
