So I’m assuming that an extraterrestrial life form coming to Earth would be in the most literal term an illegal alien, and with that logic, I would assume that they would be treated the same way that most countries treat immigrants which is usually as less than a regular citizen although in this case, it would probably be even worse because I don’t think constitutional rights extend to intergalactic aliens, or maybe they do, I wasn’t there when they wrote it…
