Comrade Alex makes his triumphant return to the library to discuss Philosophy for Militants, a book on the relationship between philosophy and politics by French Communist/psychoanalytic philosopher, Alain Badiou. This first of two parts focuses on Badiou's general approach to philosophy and politics, some core philosophical ideas of the book, and lots of laughs.
