The party traverses the Swamp of Swords headed for the village Xyris, the childhood home of Aster. Dragging her feet a bit, Aster leads the party the long way through the swamp towards her village. The journey is cut short when the party meets a local legend of the swamp, far afield from his normal hunting grounds with nearly fatal consequences.
