I was sceptic initially but I was desperate to find a cure for my ever increasing fear of spiders. For about a week I listened to the recording every morning and every night and I have to say my fear has subsided considerably! I do still jump a little if I come face to face with these monstrous size house spiders that choose to reside in our neighbourhood but I have to say I stay in control of myself and am able to remove the spider - all by myself and chuck it out of the window! Previously I would have lost all reasoning and would have climbed the highest point and screamed for help! It is really quite remarkable! I would recommend it - you will not lose anything if it doesn't work for you - but it's worth a try - even if you have to gather your courage to listen to it - like I had to - for 2 weeks! :) Good luck!

Listened to this a few times and have to say, though I still have no great love for when a spider shoots out from under the sofa and gallops earnestly towards me on all eights, I am much more controlled in my responses.
We used to have a policy of instant arachnid removal from our home (reluctant use of pint glass and postcard), whereas now, all but the biggest brutes are pretty much left to their own devices. Dust collecting cobwebs are a bigger upset than their manufacturers. Give it a go.
