Birdi began her training as a nurse over 30 years ago at the same time the early hospice, AIDS, LGBTQA+, and immigration/racism matters were enveloping us and converging in new ways in the 1980s, NYC. It was activating for her, as she found more ways to engage where her passions and skills led.

Her experience and education is in interfaith sacred dialogue, engagement, activism, wholeness spirituality and healing arts. She is a life artist - but believes we all are. She has published, hosted a PBS show for 3 years a lifetime ago, and presented nationally. She's an intuitive channel and spiritual director, certified
