Former Founder/CEO of Cognate, which pioneered the use of smart contracts/NFTs to represent trademark rights and was acquired by GoDaddy in 2018. Adjunct Professor teaching Business Applications of Blockchain and Cryptocurrency at Boston College’s MBA program.
Endstate is ushering the world towards the future of product ownership. Starting with sneakers, Endstate combines NFTs with proprietary technology to definitively link physical products to digital assets.
Mark Shekleton, Chief Executive Officer
Mark has a degree in mathematics and a background in software engineering, cryptography, and electronics. His innovative solutions, broad technical expertise, and software experience are instrumental in the development of Smart Seal’s system. Mark is a USAF veteran.
SmartSeal provides digital identities for physical assets through encrypted Near Field Communication (NFC) tags. The tags are cryptographically coupled, one-to-one, with Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs). This enables anyone with a smartphone to instantly verify the ownership, authenticity, and provenance of any physical asset with our embedded NFC tags. We are building an application that allows creators to tokenize their work and gives collectors the power to authenticate and transfer ownership of their assets without the need for a middleman. We are enabling NFT marketplaces to sell tokenized physical assets, expanding their offerings into physical collectibles, memorabilia, and art.
