You might find Phyllis Posnick in the West Village in New York City at her mainstay eatery Via Carota, or at a book signing of her best seller STOPPERS to fashion enthusiasts. She may be spotted in New York, London, Milan and Paris for Fashion Week, or Upstate New York with Steven Klein removing "Real Doll” faces for a Vogue shoot illustrating excessive cosmetic treatments. More often, Phyllis is meeting with photographers discussing new projects.

Phyllis gives listeners an inside peak of what it’s really like being a fashion editor at Vogue, from asking Nicolas Ghesquière to make a Queen Elizabeth I gown to be worn by Cate Blanchett for a Mr. Penn sitting, or managing the logistics of flying bees from Colorado to New York for a shoot.  After 30 years at Anna Wintour’s Vogue, working with the best photographers (Irving Penn, Steven Klein, Tim Walker, Annie Leibowitz and Anton Corbijn) she still has something to prove, because in fashion "you’re only as good as your last shoot".
