Physical Rejuvenation – Honoring the Body as a Temple

Listen Later

Your body is more than just flesh and bone—it's a temple of the Holy Spirit, and caring for it is an act of worship and obedience. In this episode of our Rejuvenation in Christ series, we explore how physical rejuvenation begins with the Word of God, flows through rest and Sabbath, and extends into how we live, move, and care for ourselves daily.

💡 Proverbs 4:20-22 reminds us that God’s Word is “life to those who find them and health to one’s whole body.”We also reference 1 Corinthians 6:19-20, where Paul urges us to honor God with our bodies, and 1 Chronicles 7:14, which speaks of healing starting with God’s people humbling themselves and turning back to Him.

In this episode, we challenge the belief that rest is a luxury—it’s actually a biblical necessity. Whether it’s Sabbath or daily moments of stillness, rest is how we honor our design and rejuvenate from the inside out.
