In this episode, we look at various different kind of therapies for pain control for a number of complaints, we Highlight Hypnosis, Chiropracter, and Acupuncture. Hypnosis can be a helpful nondrug therapy to reduce pain in chronic conditions like arthritis and fibromyalgiaStudies show that more than 75% of people with arthritis and related diseases experience significant pain relief using hypnosis. 

Chiropractic is a treatment where a practitioner called a chiropractor uses their hands to help relieve problems with the bones, muscles and joints. Back pain is very common and usually improves within a few weeks or months of chiropractic treatment.

Pain in the lower back (lumbago) is particularly common, although it can be felt anywhere along the spine, from the neck down to the hips.

In most cases, the pain is not caused by anything serious and will usually get better over time.

There are things you can do to help relieve it. But sometimes the pain can last a long time or keep coming back.

Acupuncture. Acupuncture may sound like an exotic—maybe even improbable—treatment for chronic pain. But this age-old practice is now viewed as an acceptable supplementary treatment for certain low back pain, neck pain, and osteoarthritis conditions.
