AJM President Ian Rutherford guides us on a journey. He introduces a series of pianists from our wonderful collection of Australian jazz.

This is the first episode in a series we hope will bring you a great deal of enjoyment.

Our website ajm.org.au explains the Australian Jazz Museum in detail, put simply we’re a not-for-profit organisation run by volunteers and have been preserving Australian jazz since 1996. The music spans 100 years. This initial series of podcasts uses an online licensing model. It allows us to share the music. The format is “radio style” with short spoken introductions preceding playing the tracks in full. Podcast length is typically around 30 mins and they can be downloaded for your convenience.
