PiCast Episode 15 - Gallifrey One

Scott and Brittany record an episode of the PiCast all about the Doctor Who Convention: Gallifrey One in Los Angeles over Valentine’s Weekend.

This convention was a little more than we bargained for as far as the DoctorWhoness of it. We are fans, but the Marriott LAX was filled with Super Fans.

We start by discussing our cosplay for the event. Day one was Ten and Rose from the Idiot’s Lantern Episode and Day Two was Nine and Tardis. The Cosplay was great at Gally1 and we talk about a Little Mermaid / Tenth Doctor Mash up we saw with her Sonic Dinglehopper.

Have you noticed that the Ribbons are getting out of hand? This was a phenomenon at Gallifry One! How many ribbons did you get?

We talk about all the celebs in attendance, including Sir John Hurt and Magenta herself, Patricia Quinn.

We discuss cool art from Blair Shedd of OneGemini.com and Christopher Jones from ChristopherJonesArt.com

Also we realize that while we were attending this convention we actually bought tickets to 3 other cons! Are we overdoing it?

We also talk about how great is it that you can now easily use multiple instagram accounts.
