This week, Matt, Steve, and I tackle the topic of co-parenting and having the hard conversations that need to be had when raising kids in this situation.

The key to successful co-parenting is swallowing your pride and putting aside your ego, and always remember that it is not about either of you; it’s about the wellbeing of the kids.  

Any anger or resentment you have towards the other parent must not affect the kids in any way.

But even with the best of intentions, you and your ex will often disagree on some issues. When this happens, it is best not to put your kid in the middle of the disagreement. Leave the kids out of it.
