Piero cries. A lot. Usually Arlekin teases him for it. But one day Piero cries because Arlekin got hurt — a small cut, nothing serious — and Arlekin completely falls apart. "Stop crying. It's fine. I'm fine. Why are YOU crying?!" Piero sobs, "Because I don't like when you bleed." Arlekin short-circuits. Holds Piero's face in both hands. Wipes the tears with his thumbs. "You're gonna give me a heart attack, moon boy." Then he kisses Piero's forehead. The bells jingle so loud they echo.
