Pierrette shares her story and how Toastmasters helped her to explore and discover skills she did not know she has. She found that as a Toastmaster, you are a leader in every role and that prepares you for leadership positions elsewhere. Annually, her club hosts the Youth Leadership Program which brings her joy because she can give back to the community and see young people grow.
