Dana comes from a family of entrepreneurs. This influences the fantastic business acumen she brings to the Pilates world. Our conversation was a business course, a parenting course, and a self-help course all at the same time. We are both raising teenage boys and we drew connections to helping them find the way and allowing our clients to find their way on their fitness journey.
