Your practice is about you, not about me. I preserve and protect the start and end of class, holding silence in savasana as a sacred passage of time. I believe a cool lavender-scented towel placed on your forehead during savasana is possibly the eighth wonder of the world, making the pilgrimage to power worth every moment.
