Daniel is a young person diagnosed with transverse myelitis, an autoimmune disease. After several months in hospital, he moved from only using liquid medications to taking tablet forms. Daniel talks with Emma Lim about how he was taught to swallow pills, and gies his top tips on how you too can accomplish this.
