At some point in your life you face the choice of going for it and holding back. Each college has its traditions and things that every student should experience before they graduate. At Cornell University, those experiences have been complied into a long list—161 things to be exact—that every Cornellian should do. In this first episode, the host of Best Years, a rising sophomore at Cornell University—Louisa Weldy—and one of her closest friends from school—Chryssanthi Barris—touch on the things they have done on the list, and even take a look at the less common list of 161 things every Cornellian shouldn’t do. Without a doubt, Cornell students will understand the struggle of checking off some of these experiences, and for the non-Cornellians, this is a great chance to learn about the traditions of an Ivy League School and to be thankful that you get to miss out on Ithaca’s Winters.
