Hello, all my fifty plus and fabulous ladies, and guests. Welcome to the pilot episode and intro to my podcast, Other Side of the Dash. This podcast was created for those who are living their best lives or trying to lives on the other side of their dash. As a woman living on the other side of my dash, there are many things I have experienced, love, life, joy, and pain, and learned a few lessons along that way. I want this to be a community where we celebrate the time we have left, grow and live our best lives before we expire on this side of the dash. It is my hope that everyone who listens (or watches if you choose to view on YouTube) walks away more inspired, more informed, and more excited to make their lives, on this side of their dash, the best!
