It’s true there are simply not enough teachers. What’s going on? One teacher career coach I follow on Instagram claims “now is the time teachers have finally been allowed to leave and stand up for themselves and their mental health.”

I have personally noticed this is occurring across all professions. An article from Muse states “more employees quit in 2021 - more than the past 2 decades.”
