He is also the marketing director for Aesthetics, Inc. which uses art and design to create uplifting hospital environments. Naj is a pioneer in the field of Arts in Health who has led medical humanities and hospital arts programs, and used the arts to advance public health and foster healing and resiliency by active duty and veteran military.
