What is stopping you from being who you want to be or doing what you want to do?

Fear....

So let's all try getting scared.... well it is coming up to Halloween right, so what better time to try..

Now I know for some of you, you are think... What... No Way!!!  Why would I want to be scared...

But by stepping out of our comfort zone, by doing things we have not done before, is where we grow.. it is where we learn just what we are capable of facing.. and just how brave we are...

So start small.. think of something you have been putting off doing because it scares you, could be joining a club or fitness class, could be signing up to a dating site, could be going for a promoting at work .. what ever it is.. just think about what it would mean to you if you did it...
