How can we help inspire Jews who are feeling disconnected? Is the spiritual connection of our fellow Jews our "problem?' If yes, what is our responsibilities? Am I supposed to make sure someone else follows the Torah? What do I see to someone I meet who is clearly violating the Torah's commandments? 

Am I supposed to be like Pinchas? Do I need to get involved?
