This is part of a detailed plan for managing the aftermath of a mass casualty event developed by PCSO. They have created a Family Reunification Center (FRC) which is a designated, secure location for friends and family to gather away from the chaotic scene. The FRC is equipped with temporary structures and trained personnel to provide comfort and support for potentially large numbers of people.
