It is speculation and DC politics at this point, and you might do as well trying to outguess the weather. But biofuel demand was renewed and reenergize under the first six months of the Biden administration as as opposed to the Trump administration. That combined with oil and gas suppliers and eating a little more time to get going full strength after a pandemic shutdown led to a robust demand for ethanol and biodiesel that we haven't seen for a long time if ever.
