Humanity is in serious need of an update. We have ignored those bugs and malfunctions that are causing us to be outdated and worth-less. We have become substandard humans. If we were smartphones, we would have been traded in for an upgrade. Our unbalanced, fast paced lives are killing us. Stress has become an epidemic: causing both mental and physical dis-ease. We need to update our humanity the way we have updated our technology. 
We need to ban behaviors that cause too much stress and in their place develop habits that will make us human beings rather than human doings.
