At age 40 he was on business trip on a plane, the person next to him waited until close to the end of the flight then asked him "do you mind if we talk man to man?", then asked him "are you a Christian?"
Mike soon after answered an altar call and gave his life to Christ
Sometimes Mike just leaves out his Bible at work without saying anything, and people ask him questions
Another method is to just say "Praise the Lord" at work
Mike's first job was a paper route, and his first real job at 16 was working at McDonalds
Currently Mike is a Systems Accountant for the Federal Government
After college he got his first job in NYC in Accounting Information Systems, then got his CPA and had several jobs in the private sector
He then worked as a Controller in Manufacturing for a family business for 8 years then became CFO of a small company, but suddenly was layed off in December, 2008

Ken responded by going to scripture and taking up the full armor of God
"What helps me is to stay physically active...keep moving, stay motivated"
He saw on the local news that the Federal Government was looking for people with a financial background, he got into prayer to seek God's wisdom
The other candidate got the position Ken applied for, but they lied about their salary and as a result Ken got the job instead
Ken worked in Maryland 4 days a week, then commuted to New York on the weekend
Ken asked the ethics department about him applying for a teaching position at the University of Maryland, and the person working that day helped Ken get the teaching job
