Roberta Gibb was the first woman to run the Boston Marathon, and this year’s event marks the 50th anniversary of her historic achievement. We talk to Gibb and to RW contributing editor Amby Burfoot, who wrote about pioneering women runners in his recent book, First Ladies of Running.
