This week The Words With Oz Podcast welcomes the boldly ambitious Pippa Hallas. Pippa is the CEO of Elle Bache; and most recently has become an inspiring author with the book Bold Moves, a tribute to Australia's fiercest women.

We sought Pippa to come on the show because of the incredible generational growth of Elle Bache and her unique experience in growing her own leadership style in line with such strong family values.

Pippa's specific question was:

"Many of us are content with letting the world change us, going with the flow of what may come…especially in situations where the results that have come before always worked so well. What power can be found in making the choice to act and change?"
