Hey everyone!

Welcome to episode 119!  This week, we're exploring Peru and Chile and tasting their national drink.  Pisco is much the same as brandy, but with some significant differences.  Find out the history, what it tastes like, and more in this episode.

 

This week, we're drinking: The Pisco Sour using Barsol Pisco

  • 4.5 cl Pisco
  • 2 cl Sugar syrup
  • 3 cl Fresh lemon juice
  • 1 raw egg white (small egg)
  • Shake and strain into a chilled champagne flute.

    Dash some Angostura bitters on top.
